The photo ONDA was made in 2007 with a digital camera and is part of the series “Grey’s Nature”… in which scenes and abstract patterns are rescued from the aridity of the concrete urban environment.
The suggested name in addition with the detail of the photographed object, invites the viewer to visualize the landscapes created by the gaze of the artist.
Miriam Homem de Mello was born in February 1963 in São Paulo.
She is involved with literature and philosophy. Visual artist and photographer since 2005.
Miriam proposes through her photography an urban landscape to us. It seems that her special relationship with this environment will produce a great delight and with its zoom lens it creates sublime compositions of textures with reality.
